Description

Conductive sponge is an electronic shielding material produced using high molecular compound foaming technology. It features excellent electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance. Typically made from polyethylene or modified polyethylene as the base material, it incorporates conductive fillers and antistatic agents. The sponge is manufactured through processes such as extrusion forming, radiation cross-linking, and high-temperature foaming. Additionally, the surface of conductive sponge is often wrapped with a layer of conductive fabric to enhance its electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance.

Key Features

Flame Resistance: It meets UL94HB and V0 flame resistance ratings.

Omni-directional Conductivity: The sponge features a three-dimensional mesh structure, enabling conductivity in all directions.

Electromagnetic Shielding Performance: It effectively shields electromagnetic waves, with a shielding effectiveness of over 90dB in certain frequency ranges.

Softness and Elasticity: The material is soft and elastic, making it easy to process and install.

Durability: The conductive properties remain effective over a long period, unaffected by temperature and humidity.
