The 3M VHB 864XX range includes four ultra-thin black acrylic foam double-sided tapes tailored for precision electronic assembly. All variants share identical adhesive formula and base material, capable of bonding both high and low surface energy substrates while offering strong anti-impact performance to pass standard electronics drop tests.
Featuring solid adhesion strength, good conformability for curved parts and easy die-cut processing, this tape line is widely used for invisible permanent bonding on compact electronic products.
