3M™ VHB™ Tape 5952 is a 0.045 inch (1.1 mm) thick black double-sided acrylic foam tape with a PE release film. With its modified acrylic adhesive, this tape provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of high, medium and medium/low surface energy substrates, including metal, glass, a wide range of plastics and coatings, including a wide range of powder coated coatings. The foam has excellent lamination properties and enables good bonding between substrates even for slight mismatches.
